Managing Director
Sara is an International Trade expert, has travelled extensively overseas and has owned RISA (UK) Limited for 19 years. Sara’s proven ability to consistently deliver, efficient and reliable air and ocean freight services have given 100s of business owners the confidence to get on with their busy work schedules safe in the knowledge that everything around their shipping is being taken care of. Sara also enjoys property development, cycling and most importantly, being a mum.
Julie Smith
Customer Service
Julie has now been with RISA for over 2 years and is responsible for the Customer Service team. Customer interaction is key with her bubbly, friendly manner. She started as a Hairdresser after leaving school many moons ago, then worked in Retail Information/Operation Services for 14 years.
Whatever your query, large or small, Julie can resolve it. Like a dog with a bone.
All she needs is coffee on intravenous drip.
