Sara is an expert in International Trade working in both manufacturing and logistics for 38 years, has travelled extensively overseas and is the owner of RISA (UK) Limited and Hutchinson International Trade Limited. In her spare time, she enjoys property development, cycling, training with her dog April and most importantly, being a mum.

With a strong background in customer service, Dee thrives on a challenge and takes pride in meeting tight deadlines with precision. She brings calm efficiency to high-pressure situations. Outside of work, she enjoys the theatre, family time, and the company of her beloved cat, Buster 🐈⬛
Customs Operations
Mike
With a background in accountancy, Mike oversees our HMRC Customs formalities and brings analytical expertise to simplifying the complexities of trade documentation. Outside of work, he’s a family man and an accomplished pool player in his local league; rarely missing a shot!

For the past 13 years, Michael has overseen the day to day finances of the business, bringing calm and thoughtful insight to what can often be a busy, fast-paced office. Family time is especially important to him, and he values every moment spent with them.
Security + Meet & Greet
April
April, our golden retriever, is Head of Security and Chief Meet & Greet Officer. A trained therapy dog, she’s gentle, clever, and always ready for a challenge especially if someone goes near the biscuit tin, which she guards with the focus of a customs officer!
